Returns happen, and that’s OK! We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you are not satisfied, glance through the following and then contact us.


All products can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase or the order number. We ask that items are in original condition; unwashed, unworn, with tags attached. Exchanges may be granted after the 30 day window, if product remains in original condition.


To initiate a return or exchange, simply send us an email with the order number and details about the product you would like to return.We will then have you put the item(s) in the mail. We suggest using the original shipping package, but it is not necessary. We are unable to refund return shipping costs. Once we’ve received your item, we will contact you and begin the refund or exchange process. If returning, we will refund the full purchase price minus original shipping costs. You should expect to receive your refund within 30 days.


If you purchased an item in our physical store in Cannon Beach and would like to return or exchange, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Our products are shipped within 4-7 days of purchase using one of the following carriers: USPS, UPS. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary. If you are shipping an item for exchange over $50, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
